Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This Returns Policy explains how returns and exchanges work at FootballShirts.me.uk.

Standard Items

Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for return.

Custom Shirt Orders

Because custom name and number printing is made specifically for you, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing error that was not confirmed by you beforehand.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

• Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return
• We will confirm the return address and process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received.
